And the National Association of Realtors reports that staging makes buyers more likely to picture themselves moving in, according to 81% of buyer’s agents. That connection is essential to the purchase of a property; a buyer won’t put in an offer unless they feel emotionally invested in a home. Staging helps it get there.

Staging Includes:

Delivery of furniture, staging of home to feel all of those comfy vibes, rental of furniture for 60 days, and de-staging of home.

• Base Price (Studio/Main Living Space-Living Room, Dining Room, and Kitchen) $1,000.00

• Each Additional Bedroom $300.00

• Each Additional Bathroom $150.00

• Each Additional Living Space $450.00

  *Pricing may vary depending on size of home e.g. apartments, single family homes, larger multi family homes. Price will be decided in the Invoice Quote per home after in-person walk thru and/or photos and video of the home.

Ala Carte/Additional Fees

• Backyard/Patio Set Up- $250

• Front of Home/Entry- $100

• Multiple Floors (in home)- $150

• Elevator Use/Walk Up/Apartments Complex- $250

• Each Additional Day After 60 Days- $25
